1.Product Profiles
GoodSeaA ZW series water - lubricated oil free air compressor is widely used in electricity, aerospace, chemical, textile, electronics, medicine, water service, food, bottle-blowing, laboratory and other field of high-end industries and special technical requirements. We use stainless steel single screw compressor airend, the system equip with high performance stainless steel components, the lubricating medium adopt purified water of drinkable standard, the entire compression system does not have any lubricating oil, therefore, the output of compressed air is absolutely pure without oil!

The host shell, star wheels and rotors of airend are made of stainless steel and special alloy materials, all of them are processed by special CNC machine, to ensure that the core parts will never scale and rust.

The whole system is made of stainless steel components and food-grade control parts, including: airend, water-air separate tank, control valve, circulating pipe, connecting piece, filter parts, water level controller, water supply and drainage device, system soft pipe and other corrosion-resistant material parts to ensure that the system is absolutely pure.
3)Water Recycling, Economic &Environmental protection
Compared to the traditional dry type compressor, because there is no sealed medium, it must running at high speed through the first and the second compression to exhaust. Dry type compressor’s high speed will produce 200℃ high temperature, it will bring the lubricating oil exhaust to atmosphere and to be sucked by compressor, it is difficult to guarantee the purity of the compressed air. For water lubricant compressor, it use purified water as sealing medium, it’s running speed and temperature are very low, and there is no lubricating oil in the system, so it can ensure that the compressed air is clean and without any oil.
4)Low Operating and Maintenance Costs
Water lubricated oil-free screw air compressor: direct drive, without gearbox, simple structure, convenient maintenance. It has greatly reduced the operating and maintenance costs.
GoodSeaA water lubricant oil-free screw air compressor has achieved the advantages of low-temperature compression, low-speed operation, simple structure and convenient maintenance, so that the maintenance costs has greatly reduced. But for dry type oil-free air compressor, due to high temperature, high-speed operation and other congenital defects, its structure is complex and its maintenance is complicated, so that the operating costs is much higher than the water lubricant oil-free screw air compressor.
